it won’t work on my computer: xp sp1 CHS

I wish you could make Twitteroo look half as nice as you made Jaikuroo look. Is their a reason why Twitteroo looks nothing like Jaikuroo?

I’d use this desktop app if it looked better, but to be honest, right now it looks so ugly.

That is great news Eric. This is a great application in terms of features, but the UI always left something to be desired. Thank you for all the hard work.

I am more than happy to beta (or alpha) test. I don’t mind a little instability.

i just tried to add a feature request and the site failed me. entering the text was ok, but i couldn’t select the new option. i’m surfing with ie7.0.5730.11 on xp (uptodate).

also, there is no general feedback option for website concerns.

This will just not work for me at all. Everytime I try to open twitteroo I get an error message saying “Twitteroo has encountered a problem and needs to close”. I can’t even get the app to open. So frustrating!!

Which operating system are you using? Do you have the latest .NET 2.0 Framework installed?

Hi, I loaded Twitteroo on my laptop, using Windows XP and Microsoft .NET version 2.0 framework. It worked ok for a couple of days, but now doesn’t display any Twitter messages, although I can still use it to post a message. How can I fix this?

Ok, now I just need the proxy support to use twitteroo from work.

I tried downloading the zip file and it was corrupted.

Same issue as Rick. Get error message: Windows cannot open. The compressed file … is invalid. Running Vista.

I tried to download 1.5 and the zip fileis corrupt. Please email me when fixed.
(tried on both Vista and XP).

Twitteroo is the only twitter client I can use. It’s nice and accessible and even if your not working on it anymore I thought you should know this. The only two things I’d personally like to see , actually 3, are start up as a trey icon, replies inside the client[although replying to a person works well enough], and multiline twitters so that the messages are not truncated. It’s anoying checking twitter in class and having not the whole message. It’s harder to stay not caught if I have to load firefox, you know?

I’ve also downloaded 1.5 and get zip file corrupt error message. 2 different computers at different locations. both running XP SP2

The download link links to a broken zip file. Verified on work and home PC. Tried several decompression apps - WinZip, WinRar, etc.
