What about the google group?
I could use the Google Group to send out notifications but not everyone has joined it. Since it’s only used for support, I expect that not everyone will participate (and therefore not have an account there).

A little while ago baught a new Pocket PC making syncing between MS Office and MS Office Mobile a dream come true. No more than a month later my office starts to switch over to Google for anything and everything relating to communication. A frustrated me goes to the web looking for a solution. Then I found this site and your tool set that has and is going to make this swtich possible. Thank you for your time and energy.
