GMobileSync is ready for testing! It’s been working just fine in the Emulator and on my Blackjack for the past two days. I have never resynchronized data so many times in such a small time frame!
GMobileSync Features
- Sync Google Calendar events to PocketOutlook without ActiveSync
- Choose a range of days to sync based on today’s date
- Automatically exit GMobileSync when complete, for fast synchronizations
- Set your local Timezone Offset
- Remove all Google Calendar events from PocketOutlook without disturbing any manually entered events
- GMobileSync is a threaded application so you can see it working and not slow down your Mobile device during a synchronization
Important Notes
- You do not need ActiveSync to use GMobileSync.
- You do not need Outlook installed on your desktop to use GMobileSync.
- GMobileSync uses your mobile internet connection, so you should have a data package from your cell phone provider (unless you’re using WIFI).
- GMobileSync is a one-way synchronization between Google Calendar and PocketOutlook. Any changes made in PocketOutlook will not be reflected in Google Calendar (yet).
- You will need the latest version of the .NET 2.0 Compact Framework to run GMobileSync.
Download GMobileSync
- GMobileSync version 1.0.0.3498 for Windows Mobile 5.0
- .NET 2.0 Compact Framework for SmartPhones
- .NET 2.0 Compact Framework for Windows CE
Please leave any ideas or comments that you have about GMobileSync!
